When you've got it...you've got it. You know those people that just have "it"?. Yeah, that's Chelsea. Chelsea Bulte, an inspiration, my favorite model, a damn good time and most of all, my friend. You can't help but stare at the photos she takes. They capture you. Every one looks like it's out of a magazine! Obviously, she's gorgeous but her spirit and bright light shines through in every pic.
